About

I am a writer, illustrator and editor who lives in Brooklyn, NY, and was born and raised in Dubai, UAE. I graduated from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop in 2011 with an MFA in Poetry, but spend my time making things as variously as possible. Currently I produce a line of silk scarves and stationery using my surface patterns and designs, which you can see in my shop and on my portfolio.
